Sarvodaya Hospital, Faridabad, conducted an American Heart Association (AHA) certified Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training for our doctors & nurses, under the guidance of Dr. Mohit S. Garg, HOD & Consultant, Emergency & Trauma as Lead Instructor. The aim of these training courses is to impart cognitive knowledge, psychomotor skills of CPR and to provide standardized care to cardiac arrest victims & those with heart arrhythmia. This is done in accordance with the guidelines leading to definitive improvement in the outcome of CPR, thereby saving more lives. Here are a few glimpses of this training session.
